2022 harvest.
Purchased for stabilizing 2022 wine, has always worked well for me. Wine is still in the carboy's. No rush to bottle will let it bulk age for awhile. couple months at least to stabilizing and clearing in prep. to bottle. I prefer to bulk age before I bottle then age six months or so after bottling.

If you are making a fruit wine, potassium sorbate is a must for finishing to keep your wine from fermenting again.
