Although a several week delay in delivery was probably inevitable, my order for 10 lbs. of peated malt was completed to my satisfaction. However, we in the brewing and distilling community rue the absence of your brick and mortar facility and hope you will re-establish the brewstore concept at some point. There's nothing like a walk through the grain room with its aromas and visual stimulation to generate enthusiasm and sales. (Doug Drew)
