Cider Brite filtration
I use the filter system for our hard apple cider. I ran 90 gallons through it. The good news is it works. The disappointing news is changing filters in the middle of the processes a bit awkward. There was some flavor loss as a result of the filtration process, and I have a feeling there are some modest design changes that could really improve the functionality of the system. But, I won't try to be an engineer at this time. As with many things time cures all. If I have a choice I'll use time to clarify my product. But, in a pinch I'll use the system again.

The filtering dilemma
Well, I made an IPA and mistakes were made. Instead of being “that guy” and just decided to call it a hazy IPA, I decided,”I bet Midwest brewing supplies can fix this!” After navigating their easy to use site, I decided that,”the filtration system they have looks like an affordable option! I’ll give that a shot!” A short time later, the device was on my doorstep, ready to be employed. The filtering system was easy to use and my “hazy” IPA was what I originally envisioned. Thank you Midwest brewing supplies! The garden hose attachment was a sweet addition to the package for cleanup and back flushing.

Fantastic
The coarser filter made a big difference on the clarity of my Homebrew. The finer filter kept the keg clean removing the yeast.
( I used a bottle bucket to keg in order to gravity feed the filter since I don't have a second keg yet, worked great though no complaints)
