Great tasting wine

The Gewürztraminer turned out very nice. The wine was very clear. The taste was a little sweet with a nice after taste. We bottled it yesterday, so will let it set a while before trying some more. I would buy this kit again. Thank you

This is a very easy wine to make. Right after we bottled, we weren't very impressed with it but, now that it's rested a little while, it's actually quite good. It's a great summer wine, so just in time!

Just went to 2ndary, flavor profile is good. Scheduled to bottle by May 1. Going again to the Alsace region later in May & will sample their world-class Gewurz for perspective.
