Moscato Reserve

It’s almost finished and it’s really getting clear and I haven’t added the clearing ingredients yet. The sp/ gr is down to.998 . I can’t wait to try it

Moscato Reserve

It came out very ordinary. I added additional sweetener as it seemed a bit tart for a Moscato. it came out nice & clear. The last Moscato I did had great aroma & taste. This one is just a white table wine.
