Very Tasty

A red lover's dream. Use at least 2/3 of the oak offered. Can be enjoyed almost immediately after bottling, but needs to breath. Is at its best 16-30 hrs after opening.

I love this wine

I bought this kit again because the first one turned out so fantastic. Fruit forward, balanced, just delicious. And I'm down to only three or four bottles from the first batch, so I need to hurry up and make this one so we can keep enjoying it. My friends agree, this is one of the best wines I've ever made.
