Delightful Floral & Spicy Flavors
Easy to brew with nice aroma- I double fermented and was patient for four weeks before bottle conditioning for two weeks.

Dunkelweizen is Amazing!!!
I took a chance on making this beer if for no other reason than it would be something “different”. I will start off by saying I’m not typically a fan of wheat beers but this kit changed my mind. It has now become “the standard” by myself and all my friends when it comes to beers I’ve brewed. Since brewing this kit now any time I tell anyone I’ve got a new batch brewed and ready the first question I get asked is “how does it compare to Dunkelweizen?” I wish I could explain the different “flavors, hints, and aromas” but I’m just your average beer drinking Midwesterner that thinks this is best described as just different in a great way. I haven’t found a commercially produced version of this beer and I’m pretty sure if one of the big brewers ever produced a beer with this flavor they wouldn’t be able to keep it on the shelves (it’s that good). In the interim I will just keep making this recipe and enjoying it with my friends.
