Chinook IPA

Excellent kit, clear directions. I prefer a bitterer ale so I supplemented a bit with an extra ounce or so of my homegrown Chinook hops. Adding a yeast starter also made a big difference. Requires a couple days lead time but worth the effort. Solid IPA.

This beer is easy to brew and is very consistent in its final product. Always a favorite at the Prudence Island HomebrewFest here in Rhode Island. October 7th marks our 10th year and this beer will be 1 of my 5 on tap.

Easy drinking, its my go-to IPA. Try to keep on tap all the time.
