Way off the mark!!

I thought this would be a great brew!!! I follow the directions and I used everything in the lit. I got a watery 3.0 ABV beer. I have been brewing awhile and I expect to get what I purchased. But 3.0 ABV is not whats advertised and its not what I purchased.
