I’m on my 4th batch. I’ve used the British Ale I yeast, but now doing 2 with the British Ale II from Wyeast. We’ll see how it goes. Also, did not use 24 hour Fast Pitch yeast priming step. Nothing drains a corny keg faster than a simple Mozaic recipe!

Mosaic IPA is my best batch ever

I have brewed 5 "all grain" beer kits from Midwest Supply and the Mosaic IPA has a great favor and the right balance of alcohol. I just opened the first six bottles and the conditioning only required two weeks to have a great beer ready to drink.
