Better than Ghost

I would get Ghost brand whey isolate, and while tasty, I like how Jay's isn't as powerful flavor-wise which allows it to pair SO much better when mixed with foods. Also this is premium protein and I've had zero bloat with multiple scoops per day. I recommend watching the Muscle & Strength video where Jay makes his pancakes. They are really good and a great way to use this product.

A few things that I look for in a quality protein, mix ability in a shaker, taste and how that it reacts with my system. After trying many different brands I have to say that Total ISO checks all the boxes and then some.
