Mozzarella

I LOVE Caputo Brothers cheese! I have three favs, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, and provola. Their ricotta is fantastic in ricotta cookies, ricotta fig cake and just to spread on crusty toast with your favorite jam. The provola is terrific in omelettes and on pizza.

Best cheese I have ever tasted!! Delectable!! Scrumptious!! Blends well with my pizza sauce, absolutely delicious!!! This mozzarella cheese doesn’t burn while cooking at a high temperatures, which is needed to cook pizza. I have been making homemade pizza for years, this cheese takes it to a whole new level of enjoyment!!! ☺️👌
