Split Box Foundation in Double Queen or King Size

I had a wonderful experience with DirectBed!!! The price & quality of the box spring mattress was unmatched!! The delivery was arranged in less than a week (and that was from Stoney Creek to Whitby!) and the gentleman that delivered it was so nice, respectful and very helpful!… I think his name was Colin. The split Queen box springs will do the job. They are a bit short for a standard 79" by 60" Queen mattress. As shown in the pictures if you want to keep the box up against the sides of a standard steel frame on wheels, there is a gap between them. I myself cut a plywood strip length of 1" x 3/4" to hold them apart. Also be careful not to put thumb or finger crush pressure on the top as I think under the fabric is a layer of thick corrugated cardboard. The top surface is meant for the even weight of a mattress. In summary they are nice looking with the dark fabric and you will enjoy them for a long time.
