Methyl Multi without Iron

I haven't noticed a difference in my health or the way I feel since taking this multi-vitamin so it's hard to say. I feel I'm maintaining, but actually have had an illness since taking these so can't say that it helped me avoid illness which is one of the main reasons I chose to try this.

My body is responding very positive with great energy to this product. Extremely happy.
