Great Customer Service
This is not my first Springbar, so I knew exactly what I was looking for. What is so unexpected was the customer service was off the charts. The sales rep spent nearly an hour with me listening to my specific needs (and yes, they were not standard camping needs but something for extremely challenging weather conditions), and he guided me to the best value to meet those needs. I can't wait to unfold the new tent on our next archaeological expedition. It is gratifying to know there are old-school companies that engage the customer directly to solve specific problems.

New Springbar Vagabond & Accessories
Ordering was quick and easy. Products arrived quicker than I expected. Have not yet camped in the tent but did set it up and sprayed it down with the hose to season it. A friend of mine came over to look it over when it was set up and loved it. Cannot wait to try it out.

Great tent
The quality of this tent is outstanding I don’t think you will find a high quality tent like this anywhere else.
