An unusual problem occurred with my LeisurePort. Immediately after alerting Customer Service via email I received an explanation as to what likely happened and what to do to avoid the problem in the future. Given the time difference I really thought I was getting the ball rolling but I got a response for an actual person. Within two hours I received an email confirming the replacement part was shipped! Fantastic customer service. The norm with many companies is spending 2 hours arguing about whether they had a responsibility to stand behind their product. Not so with Springbar. The product and customer service has been phenomenal.

Added Security
I may never need them, but I bought two extra tension rods just in case! I had the tent out in 70 mph winds, in Quartzsite, and could not believe how much the rods flexed, but always came back to their original position. I bought these two as an insurance policy. I love my Springbar CJ140!

Excellent Quality, fast shipping, great customer service
One of the spring rods on my brand new, non-Springbar tent broke and they could only replace the entire T-Pole assembly for $120 and two weeks ship time. Thank you to Springbar for all the accessories, reasonable prices, fast shipping and superior products. Note: I was using a Springbar Stormfly which is the only reason my non-Springbar tent didn't get buried.and ruined under the snow. Also, the rod that broke was sharp and jagged but did not puncture the Springbar Stormfly, which was carrying 4" of snow! Amazing. I hope to be able to afford a Classic Jack 140 next year and get a better start.
