I purchased this per a gastroenterologist suggestion to start after a two week antibiotic RX. to help my husband feel more stable in his digestive patterns. After a little more than 2 months I feel that it is helping him feel less uncomfortable and with more regular habits. He is still trying to get to a on going stomach distention problem, which began after hernia surgery, and which we believe to be more involved than his IBS digestive problem. One step at a time.
