First time in to Filter

The Colombian Rainforest Coffee is perfect for filter coffee. It's lovely and smooth and fruity with a hint of acidity but not bitter or too strong tasting.

Typical (in my experience) Colombian with acidity to the fore and not too strong a flavour. In particular it does not have the burnt taste that I find in some other coffees and dislike. But there is a hint of bitterness on the finish which deprives it of what would otherwise have been its 5th star.
