Barahona Paraiso Coffee

A good quality grind with a great taste.

I buy this coffee regularly, it has a good flavour without being too strong, great aroma and colour. Always get a good crema on the top. Love this coffee and would recommend to anyone who likes a milder coffee with less acidity.

Service excellent as ever. Depending on the grind, the taste is quite strong espresso for finer grind- to sweetish for rougher grind (about '12.15' on grinder)- brewed in mocha pot. I think this bean may be better with a lighter roast- that's my amateurish 'two penneth'.
