Dark Star® Burner 2.0

Excellent tool

Simple setup. Absolute must for brewing or making grandma's spaghetti sauce! Decent wind break around the burner, handles North Dakota winds no problem! An igniter would be a fantastic addition, but an extended bic (or your favorite butane based flame), works fine too. So much better than trying to brew on an electric stove-top.

Very Sturdy

This is a solid burner. The weight is nice and it can easily handle my 10 gallon boil kettle. The flame output control is extremely nice as well. The only complaint I would have is that the black paint burned off within 1 use.

The propane burner for brewing

My other propane burner never could reach a boil. Dark Star has no problem boiling 5 gallons of wort in no time.
