Organic Red Chief Lentils

Delicious!!!

Hubs and I love these red lentils. Delicious fast food, and a nice change from rice of potatoes as a side dish. I mix in an onion caramelized in butter after the lentils are tender. Superb!!!!

I think lentils, and especially red lentils , are excellent for one's diet and health. They're alkaline while most beans and legumes are acidic, and they're filled with protein and nutrition.
