The order was executed extremely promptly and delivered within the timeline promised. I am also very happy with the product per se. However, I would like to bring to your attention that I wound up paying almost 50% duty which left a very bad taste in my mouth. I recollect having paid a similar duty when I purchased the Mac Pro sleeve from you earlier but though in terms of % it was lower! I would hesitate to make any more purchases for delivery in India purely because the duty is prohibitive and an unknown factor. Maybe may have to wait till I get to the UK to visit my daughter next unless this is sorted out.
