Incredible Quality and Service

To whomsoever should read this, I couldn't recommend Harber highly enough. My desk pad arrived earlier than anticipated and the quality is beautiful. To be fair, there isn't a huge amount you can say about a desk mat/pad, it's a simple thing. But simple things done this beautifully are artistic. The craftsmanship is perfect, the stitching high quality and the micro under thingy (not sure what you call it) grips perfectly. As for the leather surface itself, it is smooth but has a beautiful, tactile, feel. And it's just a lovely, lovely, thing.

Soft and thin. Carefully consider...

I researched a lot online before buying this one, and I have some regrets. For the money, I guess I had higher hopes. The mat is nicely made, has a nice texture, but the leather is VERY thin, and the microfiber pad under it seems at least the same thickness, while going past the leather top by about 1/4" all around. The product is less than half leather overall. Feels more like I got a microfiber pad with a leather cap instead of a leather desk mat with a microfiber base. It does lie flat (other brands don't always), but this one doesn't seem as premium as I had hoped. Also, a few days in, the keyboard feet have already dented the pad significantly. It is a very, very soft, thin pad of leather. I am considering a return.
