It’s a routine that I had to get use to and that is to frequently pulling out the phone and putting it back in the pouch , but I didn’t have have any issues at all. Matter of fact I liked it. Leather starts to loose its shine in a few weeks which is normal and understandable. However, it keeps my iPhone 16 Pro Max super protected. This pouch provides full protection from dropping from pockets or a standard height table. I was able to fit on 4 credit cards , two id cards and few $50 folded in the side pocket. So far I am enjoying it. I was not happy about paying $38 Tariffs which was notified to me after making the purchase. Your company should had been absorb it. Because of tariffs, I am very much discouraged to make any foreign purchases. But I liked the product. Also , wished , this could have personalized by adding Name initials monogrammed. Would had been a nice touch.

Nice leather but the pocket for the credit cards is very loose. Especially when the the phone is out. Cards are always being dropped out. Not very useable.
