Franklin 2 – Burgundy

So Far So Good

I’ve had the Franklin 2’s for a few weeks now; I’ve purchased two of them to see how they’ll patina. I have one Franklin 1, it was in a colorway that’s not available in the 2’s and it patina’d quite nicely. I do really enjoy the separate cash area and the ability to slide money in from the side. The card area is a bit loose, which means that one must be careful when the wallet is open, but it’s not a problem once the flap is secured to the wallet. I’m enjoying using the Franklin 2’s.

Great wallet

Everything about this wallet screams quality and perfection! It’s aged well over the last 14 days and it’s getting better with every use! The only problem I see in the future for wear and a possible weak point is the quick access slot on the back. The main flap that keeps the wallet closed is compromised by the quick access slot. The flap is only held on by a centimeter on either side so over time I’m not sure if those small pieces of leather will hold up. Bought a Big Finn because I’m afraid this will fail, but could be wrong!

Perfect size that holds just enough cards and cash.I also have the big Finn which is great too.
