I can drink this all day. Im not much of a tea sommelier, I just got into drinking aged white tea and its now my new thing. Good body buzz, especially when you add cannabis, as I do, as a part of my mornings regiment (health issues). Its tasty, sweet, I'm going to buy another one to put into my tea vault. The only issue I have, those compressed tea biscuits are hard to open up. My second tea session I blasted the biscuits at 97C for 50 seconds, it seemed to help. I used 13 grams to a 240 ml Duani Yixing tea pot, got six strong pours out of it I like my tea strong, at the end of my session, I take what Ive done and steep the mix for 10 minutes hitting my tea pot constantly with 97 C water. The flavor becomes sweeter and more intense. NO ASTRINGENCY, which doesn't bother me, Its soooo smooth and tasty.
