Worth it

Weather is all over the place where I am right now, so it was worth it to have the peace of mind knowing my plants would be good. Heat pack was still warm when it arrived, and plants were healthy.

Mixed feelings

This is my first go around with real plants. I went with the 4 bestselling pack and asked for cant kill em plants. My delivery (with the heat pack) arrived and the plants looked rough. I emailed them pictures a d they responded quickly and said they'd ship replacements. Second shipment arrived and 3/4 plants looked better but the banana plant was pretty mangled and was in several pieces. Not really expecting that one to make it. Im hoping this is more weather related than anything else. I'll give Dustins another shot in the spring and see what happens.

This heat Pack is well worth the extra cost to ship with your plants if the weather is cold. The pack kept the plants safe and was still warm 48 hours after my shipment arrived.
