Avoid this shop! False guarantee and zero support.

My Cryptocoryne Wendtii arrived dead and rotting. I followed the DOA policy perfectly and sent photos immediately. The seller offered a replacement, which I accepted, but then they completely ghosted me and ignored all my follow-up emails. Because they went silent, I had to open a dispute. To make it even more ridiculous, they are now telling PayPal that I need to return the dead plant... months later to get my money back. 🤣 Who ships back dead, rotten organic matter?! This directly contradicts their own policy regarding perishable items. Terrible customer service. They take your money and disappear. Buy your aquarium plants elsewhere!

Awesome plant. No melting, no problem. I wish the other cryptocornes I received were half as good. They arrived dead!
