I purchased these fill in extensions to help add volume to my mother of the bride wedding up do. They were a bit lighter in color than my hair but it wasn’t noticeable. The hair stylist said they were great! She was able to clip them in easy. They curled super easy. They stayed in all night. Super easy to take out at the end of the night. I’m so happy I added these extensions to my fine thin hair.

Long process to not get what I wanted

My first order got lost in the mail... luckily I bought the shipping insurance to cover a new order. It took forever for me to get in contact with the right people. The event I wanted the extensions for had past.. but at least I was getting them expedited to ship. Then when my new order came in they were the weft did not match the try on sample that I got ordered to my house before I ordered. I did not want to open it to check to see and then not be able to return. I looked online and settled on a color that wasn't included in my 3 samples I tried but it was listed as the darkest blonde. In my e-mail to exchange I noted that I thought the color looked like a cooler tone blonde so hopefully that would work better for me. No one corrected me - and then I was sent the new color after they received my exchange. They received my exchange but took 5 days to process and send out the replacement. I finally get my extensions in the new color now close to 5 weeks after initially ordering the extensions and the weft looks okay... so I open it up. Its strawberry blonde - warm tones matches even less than the samples I ordered that did not match. At this point, I'm done ordering from BFB because it took 5 weeks to still not have the extensions I wanted and 140 dollars down the drain. The extensions are soft and look nice - so I'm sure if I didn't have so much hassle and got the color I wanted they would have been fine - hence the 2. I rarely complain - but I really did not get much help from BFB during the entire process and I'm extremely disappointed in wasting my money.
