Like ALL Rancho Gordo beans, these are the gold standard.
Because these are so fresh, after a morning soak they cook in just over an hour.
The flavor of the beans and the broth are so wonderful. We made some humus, soup and just plain beans with rice. I ordered 4 bags but I may have to irder more.
