I’m unsure as to its benefits I can’t see any in my case but it tastes good so hopefully it’s doing me something good

Mixes really well and I like the taste. I had a very sweet collagen powder previously and this is not at all which is actually good as I mix it with my pre workout so together is just the right amount of sweetness for me.

This stuff works :)
