So far so good! I got immediate relief using the cream and have found the spray to also be very effective in helping with sleep. First time I used it I woke up feeling a little groggy but very well rested. It seems to put me out for solid 3-4 hour blocks at a time and I wake feeling like I have experienced deep sleep. Keen to explore more. I must say the products particularly the cream is very high quality and feels very nice. An above average quality brand, a genuine pleasure to feel and use.
