The magnesium spray is definitely helping. Good to have the smaller sized bottle for travelling. One thing I don't understand is the cumbersome sprayer on the large bottle - I'm finding it difficult to work.

I have found using this magnesium spray has helped me immensely and my husband also.
Whether it be for my feet and legs nerve damage and cramps, or my arthritis degeneration in my neck I have found it helps.
My husband also uses it when necessary.

I purchased this bundle after someone recommended magnesium spray for aches and pains in the body. What surprised me was the magnesium muscle repair cream. Both my husband and I have found it very helpful. It has a permanent place in our bathroom now. We will be purchasing more.
