No. 744 Spicy Garlic Summer Sausage Seasoning

A hit with my whole family!

This is my new favorite summer sausage seasoning. I share sausages with my extended family and was concerned with the spicy part of the name. I love things with a kick but know that's not true for many others. I needn't have been concerned. This mix has a wonderful garlic flavor with just a tiny hint of spice. Everyone who's tried it really liked it.

Work well with Wild Duck & Pork 50/50

Our Goto, we do add a little more heat more black pepper and chipolata chili powder.
