it was a well-made bag which fits everything and I love the secret pockets on the side, which makes getting out keys and laptop so easy

Nice looking bag, but poor quality. One of the metal hook holders broke off the top within a week. It was not from any kind of dramatic fall or bang. I dont even know how it happened. It was just gone. Now I can’t even use the strap I bought for it.

Side of bag shredding
I've had my bag for only two years. After about a year and a half, the side of my bag is shred in pieces. It is so embarrassing. For the amount of money this bag costs, this should not be happening.
