Poor customer service

My plants arrived in very bad condition and some died shortly after. I contacted customer service and sent photos. They first offered a refund or replacement, and I chose a replacement. After that, they stopped replying completely. I sent several follow-up emails and never got an answer. Very disappointing experience

I received a wonderful selection of healthy plants. I was even given some extras/ able to split a few. Only thing that could be better is if they’d add a packing list & labeled the plant bags. I’m a newby so that would’ve been helpful. I would definately buy from this shop again.
