good and bad
Solid functional design: worked well last summer. BUT it got brittle this spring in 30 degree temps. cracked and cam lock broke off, then the corners started breaking off! This order is a replacement . . I'm hoping it will last longer than ONE season.

High Quality Product with Universal Mounting Options
I've been using the Hefty+ for 3 years now and I believe it is the best universal phone holder on the market. I've got a Samsung Note 20 Ultra in an OtterBox Defender case that measures about 7 x 3.5 in, and the elastic straps are still holding strong. The product comes with 3 mounting options to make sure it will fit on any type of bike. A standard ring mount with rubber shims to accommodate different handlebar sizes, a rubber strap best suited for stem or top tube mounting, and a stem cap mount if you want a more permanent option. Their customer service was excellent as well, answering all my questions prior to purchase.
