X-Mount Pro Bike Phone Holder

It works but my first one only lasted one ride and it can be cumbersome to operate the phone while it's in the mount. The arm broke off in a crash. If the mount connected to the handlebars instead of stem, it may not have broken. It works and it's functional but I would consider one that didn't have the straps that wrap around the phone for my next one.

Broke immediately.

I was excited to get this product, the design seemed good. On the first use, the rubber snapped and rendered the holder useless. Extremely disappointing it broke so quickly. I contacted help, and they said I had to pay to mail it back before a refund could be sent. They didn't acknowledge the unit's failure, implied it was because I changed my mind.

Works just like advertised :-)
