NYC Pizza Dough | Made in NYC with NYC Tap Water | Frank and Sal

FANTASTIC. It took a few bakes to get it right. I live a very high elevation. Dough to refrigerator the night before in covered Pyrex to defrost. Then to counter one and one half hours at room temperature....still covered in Pyrex bowl. The dough stretched easily....the finished pizza crust was light, thin, crispy and delicious.

Best pizza dough. Amazing flavor. Easy to work with. Big hit with the whole family. Arrived in just a couple days.

Great dough for my daughters graduation

I ordered (2) 10 packs of dough and (2) 3 lb blocks of cheese. I cooked them in my Halo 16 and they were outstanding. Everyone loved the pizza.I had it shipped to Alabama and came in frozen for no extra charge. I make my own dough some times but it never comes out as good as this dough. The cheese was also great and melted perfectly.
