1. Box was extremely heavy (500 pounds) Seems like half of that was packaging 2. Harder than I expected to assemble - directions had mistakes left and right. Also, strange attention to details - some that your wanted more info on and others that made sure you know which way to turn a screwdriver to tighten something. 3. Furniture LOOKS good assembled 4. Customer service was very helpful in shipping me a new part that didn't work out of the box 5. I was hoping for something higher end than typical Target or IKEA furniture but not sure this is that. Time will tell!
