Refreshing Hot or Cold
The first time we tasted Thai Lemongrass was as the palate cleanser during a tea tasting at Paru. We enjoyed it iced last summer, but I discovered it's just as refreshing as a hot tea. It has been one of my favorites to have in the afternoon to keep warm on cold, rainy days.
