What an unusual fragrance! At first, it definitely smelled old ladyish, but after five minutes, it started to take on a comforting smell. Like finding a safe warm place in a bitter cold rain storm. You can definitely smell the dead leaves and the moss and just a hint of a faded rose. One could say it smells out-doorsy, sort of like a walk in the woods on a warm day after a heavy rain. Comforting is definitely the word that comes to mind, but in a strange uncomfortable way. Ive gotten some surprising compliments on it as well. I highly recommend this fragrance for the open-minded. It is definitely unisex as well. Truly a masterpiece of unusual perfumery!

Very bitter and green, the rose gets lost amongst the other notes for me unfortunately. I'll continue sampling this one and update my review if my opinion changes.
