Chestnut Fungus Sawdust Spawn - (Pholiota adiposa) - 5lb

These are the best tasting mushrooms I’ve ever had. Inoculated sweet gum logs and started getting huge harvests after just six months. They only fruited for two years, but that might be my fault for slacking on watering. Trying again with oak logs this time.

It looks good. We will see how it performs in a bit. I used it to make a bed in one of my empty chicken coops. Curious to see how it does in the coop covered with wood chips.
