I was delighted with my Dumont Panama hat it was well made fitted perfect it came at the right time just as we had the hot weather I can see it's going to last me for many years let's hope the weather the same thank you.

2 wears and coming apart

I like the hat but Despite keeping it in the box and handling carefully the rim has started to come apart after only wearing twice . Very unhappy will be contacting to ask for refund or replacement .

Poor quality banding

I have worn this hat leisurely for a couple weeks now. Out on the frisbee golf course is the most stress I've put it through. I can honestly say this hat is not worth 115 dollars. When I buy a hat for that much I don't expect to have to put my own labor into it for repairs. The black band is super glued on, and not very neatly. It started falling off today. If I don't repair it myself it will come off in the next week completely, no doubt. What's surprising to me is the fact that it's not stitched on like my 20 dollar straw hat fedora I purchased at a Ren Fair one year ago. I am utterly disappointed in this purchase and will not recommend it to anyone.
