Very happy with purchase & service

I measured my head: 60.5cm... My existing sailing hat is 60cm and feels a snug fit but then it gets used on the sea... So I tried 61cm Panama. Nope, it was loose, 60cm is my size. Return of the wrong size couldn't have been easier as Royal Mail collected it next day. Very happy with my new chapeau - ordered 2 and returned 1 all done within a week. Also really like the B&S travel case.

A gift for my husband

Having bought from Borges and Scott before, I felt confident in purchasing a new hat for him, we were certainly not disappointed, quality and make are brilliant, however I will be purchasing a box for travelling as I feel putting it into a tube is just too unkind to a new hat,
