Yummy
A pinch is perfect for a cup of coffee. I want to try on top of frosted brownies! Cool shop, my daughter and I were visiting from the Eastern Panhandle of WV. It was a rainy day at the beach so we decided to check out Portsmouth. Lovely little town. And lovely shop.

Delicious twist on salt
I thought it would go good in baked goods because of the vanilla. But I used it as seasoning on some pork ribs along with the Maine Blueberry Pork rub. They came out delicious!

A salt for everything sweet and/or savory!
The vanilla bean salt is a great addition to scallop crudo paired with kiwi and mango with a drizzle of lemon olive oil. It’s also great to sprinkle on a salad of greens, avocado, quinoa and tomato. I even sprinkle it on strawberries topped with yogurt. It’s my new favorite salt!
