Mediterranean Oil Infusion Bottle

For many years I used "Mediterranean Dipping Oil" instead of olive oil when cooking. It's since been discontinued and I searched high & low for a replacement. This is the closest I've found and it's very good. It adds a good flavor to whatever you're cooking.

I like this bottle much better than the old one in size and in the feature of dispenser. This is my second time to get this kind and learned that it is easier to fill the bottle only halfway with olive oil and set for overnight so that the oil seeps in and blends well with the seasoning and yet I can shake the bottle well to mix them up. Then I can add more oil. I love to dip my toast in the flavored oil instead of butter every morning. Now my husband likes it too!

If you are looking for a flavorful dipping oil for your good bread, this is an excellent choice. Works equally well for pasta!
