This is an excellent blend for salmon. The perfect balance of spicy and herbal with just a hint of sweet. I use it in other dishes as well, like crab cakes and seafood pasta in cream sauce.

I have used this seafood seasoning on salmon, shrimp, sea bass, flounder, snapper, and a "Low country boil" and it works everytime. I don't cook seafood without it.

When you shop for seafood spice blends about everything is some boring version of Old Bay. This mix however is sooo much better! It has a bit of a kick but not too spicy. We use in on multiple varieties of fish, on shrimp and even in our crab cakes. Nothing else like it out there. I have even used it to season rice too!
