Outstanding product. Terrible service.

Excellent quality and performance. Customer service was dismal. Refusal to respond to emails or phone calls. Had to include credit card company to receive my order.

New formula is horrible

I bought the product expecting the product I loved with a nice fragrance and not so waxy and tough texture. The new formula has no fragrance and is very tough. It not easy to apply and doesn't feel like the product I liked. I have two packs to finish before I can find an alternative

New formula inferior product

Old formula gave hair healthy flow look. New one dries it out and 0 hold.
