Smells great, good texture, aesthetically pleasing brand and packaging. Great matte finish hold! Would recommend! Also, only used cardboard and paper to ship so it was recyclable if thats important to you.

I’ve used about every product out there for men’s hair and absolutely love the Formula 49 by Johnny Slicks. It smells amazing, works well all day and night, and has healthy ingredients most importantly.

This is the only pomade I've seen that doesn't have some sort of alcohol to dry my scalp out and that actually holds pretty well. I have dry scalp to begin with and everything else seems to flake. So far, I have not seen much of anything on my black shirts and my scalp feels totally fine even when I sleep with the product left in. I also enjoy the low shine on it, makes my hair look fluffy and not oily in any way. The smell is also very calm and light, nothing that's too much or that has that chemically fragrance to it.
